Mountains are your entrance to the roots of the planet. Just as the roots of a tree sometimes “push up” through the earth to become visible above ground, so it is with the deepest energies of the earth. For so long, people have used mountains as spaces to become close to heaven, nearer the divine. What most did not understand is that they were, in fact, growing closer to the heart of the planet, nearer themselves. The inner divine. So when you meditate on a mountain, you are in fact connecting with the most powerful aspects of yourself and the earth’s energy grid.
There is nothing on this planet that is outside of yourself. You may attempt to externalize, but in fact it is all you. Those noises across the hall that are breaking your concentration? It is you. Those haters at work breaking your stride? They are you. The god you pray to every morning? He is you. The child who smiles and lights up your heart? She is you.
Everything is you, and YOU are everything.
Read it again.
YOU are everything.
So when you go up, you go down. There is only one connection to be made, and that is to your truest self, your divine aspect of source. There is nothing else.
The mountains know this. They have been trying to tell you this for centuries. Go to the mountains. Listen to the mountains. You don’t have to actually travel there, get a picture, look at it. Mountains are always depicted as the safest place to be, because when you are on the mountain you are INSIDE YOUR HEART, one with your soul. This is why the masters when to their caves on high. This is where they were going. For it is only when you know yourself better than anything else that you know all, are all.
This is the message from the mountains.
You are blessed.
